No Offence But, I’m Going to Talk about Racism: Re-Situating Anti-Racism within the Diversity Lexicon

Abstract:

This paper advocates an approach that respectfully draws attention to the disproportionate distribution of power and privilege throughout Canadian organizations along racial lines, and engages racialized and non-racialized individuals in a substantive dialogue about the organizational change required to challenge racial inequity.
